For easiest ordering, use our convenient on-line shopping cart system. It’s easy, simple, and it uses the latest in secure Internet ordering with your major credit card or PayPal.
If you prefer simply call toll free at 1-866-260-7453 during business hours (9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday MST.) For fastest service, please have your VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover credit card number ready when you call. We cannot accept C.O.D. orders. If you prefer to mail in your payment, please enclose a check or money order for the full purchase amount and your order will ship once your funds clear. Please, do not send cash. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. UPS picks up at our location at approximately 3:00 pm MST. USPS usually goes out the following day.
HOW TO USE THE ONLINE SHOPPING CART
When you see on item that you would like to order, simply point and click the Add To Cart button. Our shopping cart system then automatically takes you to that items page where all the available information about that item is stored. That item is then stored in your online shopping cart. The online shopping cart is very similar to a regular shopping cart in your supermarket. Your online or “virtual” shopping cart holds all of the products that you have chosen until you are ready to check out.
When your shopping cart appears, you can either remove your items, recalculate your order or continue shopping by pointing and clicking the Shop More button. If you are ready to check out, proceed directly to the check out counter by pointing and clicking the Check Out Button. At this point you will need to fill out the order form. Please make sure that you double check everything, especially your shipping address.
That’s it ! Your order is sent to us electronically, and you will receive an email confirmation about your order. And your order will be shipped out as soon as possible. Usually the same day if it is received before 12:00pm MST. (If in stock).
Please note: Due to the current pandemic, most orders will need to be placed online. If you see an error that says “This transaction has been completed, but the total of items in the cart did not match the total of all items” there has been an error with the specific credit card you are using. It may require you to use a different card, or call your credit card company to clear the purchase.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days after the item was shipped. Any item returned must be returned unopened, in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging and all tags, labels, containers, documentation, etc. Opened containers, broken seals and packages are not returnable.
If eligible, PestControlSupplies.com will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less any shipping costs incurred to ship your order.
How to Return an Item:
1.) Call us at 1-866-260-7453 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please let us know the reason for the return and your order number. 2.) We will give you information on how and where to return the product. 3.) You will have to pay for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) and that the shipment be insured in case the package is lost. Once we receive and process your return we will give you a refund less any shipping costs on your order. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return.
Please select your purchases carefully. Any return received by us that is opened, has broken seals, is damaged by customer or is not resalable will be returned to the sender.
