For the most part, baits have been ineffective due to their grain-based material. Since moles are insectivores, grain baits and pellets are unattractive to them. Kaput Mole Gel Bait is a great formulation that is actually attractive to moles. It comes across to them as an earthworm, which is what they normally go after. Moles are big on grooming, so when they come in contact with the gel, they will get exposed to it through its grooming habits. Sold in a 3 oz. tube. Treatments are made at 1/2 oz. intervals every 25 feet.
