Title Transfer
By purchasing products from www.pestcontrolsupplies.com, you agree that the title to the goods ordered from www.pestcontrolsupplies.com will transfer from the Seller to the Buyer in Albuquerque, NM.  Hence, you are purchasing products in the State of New Mexico, retaining title of those goods in the State of New Mexico, and are assuming responsibility for use of those goods in your own state, county, and/or city of residence.  The title will pass to the buyer when the seller delivers the conforming goods to the carrier (UPS).  

Delivery Terms of Sale
Delivery Terms of Sale are F.O.B. Albuquerque, NM, freight prepaid and add.  As such, by purchasing products from Pest Control Supplies, you are the responsible party for shipping your purchased products into your state.  We will have your products ready for pickup once your order is completed.  Our carriers have regular pickups at our location, so it is not necessary for you to call them for your pick up.  

Additional Terms
 It is also the responsibility of the user to verify that any products purchased are licensed for distribution and use in their Country, State, County, City or Province.  All monies will be promptly refunded if any product shipped to a customer is found to be illegal for use or distribution, or registration for any reason by that customer, or that customers, Country, State, County, City, Province, etc..  Said products must not be opened or used and must be returned immediately to Pest Control Supplies.  Most States or Counties in the USA will provide a license or personal use permit for a nominal fee.
